   I got quoted 429 plus 175 installation to replace the hot tub heater relay board. I replaced the correct part in just minutes for a fraction of the cost.

   Great customer support and the parts including install instructions were right on the money. This was something I would not normally replace myself, but all went smoothly.

   I called and spoke to Ian and told him the heater was not working in our Caldera spa. He suggested ordering the Heater Relay. We received it, my husband replaced it and now the tub heats up! We will definitely order parts from this site again. Thanks for all your help!

   My old (2004) spa heater relay board gave out. Thought I was in trouble, then I found this great site with just the part I needed. installed in few minutes, fired it up, and we were back in business. Ty very much!

6. control board vs Tech Support?

   Can't decide which was better, the Tech Support or the ease of replacing the control board. (which is working great!) So I give them both 5 stars!
