1. Awesome, easy to replace

   I received my board and two hours later everything was working as it should. The directions were simple to read and replacement went in without any problem. It started heating the second that I turned it on.

   After paying $80 to an independent spa technician who confirmed that the heater relay board was dead, I then received price quotes from spa repair service providers ranging from $350 to $600 to replace the board. After seeing a YouTube DIY video I purchased the board from CalderaSpas Parts Plus. It took me less than an hour to replace the dead board and within no time my spa was cooking at 108 degrees!    Part got here in only a few days. The instructions were good and it took me less than an hour to do the replacement of the board. Restarted the tub and checked it the next morning. The tub was up to temperature and everything is once again working great. I would definitely recommend Caldera Spa Parts for your part needs.

   This is the kind of thing that either works or it doesn't and... IT WORKED! The instructions were clear enough for this amateur to do the replacement and save some $$ in the process. And they'll help you over the phone or via email if you need it.

   Its not everyday you find a company with such personal service. I was very pleased with the entire process of my order. I will order parts only from calderaspapartsplus.com !!!!    My 2005 Caldera Kauai had been working great, then it just stopped heating. A cursory inspection of the circuit board revealed a big black scorch mark behind the middle heater relay. I was happy to find this redesigned heater relay board here at Caldera Spa Parts Plus. The board went in like it had eyes, thanks to the excellent instructions included with the board. I am enjoying may spa again.
